Edobo Solar introduces its Laser Welding Station combined with a Power Double Speed Chain Pipeline, designed to streamline the assembly and welding process for lithium battery packs. This system integrates cutting-edge laser welding technology with an efficient, high-speed conveyor system to enhance productivity, precision, and overall manufacturing efficiency.

High-Precision Laser Welding Station:

Requirements for basic conditions of equipment installation plant
1. Ground weighing load ≥ 0.75T/m2; Pay attention to the column structure inside the shelter;
2. Power requirements: three-phase 380V ± 10%, 50HZ;
3. Gas source pressure: compressed air 0.4-0.7MPa, nitrogen 0.1-0.3MPa;
4. Environmental temperature: 15-35 ºC, relative humidity 40% -85% R.H
5. There is no severe vibration source, no severe dust, and no corrosive or explosive gases in the surrounding environment.
6. Floor height limit: greater than or equal to 3500mm.
7. Equipment entry requirements: The equipment must meet the dimensions of 2400mm in length, 1750mm in width, and 2150mm in height (with a reserved space of at least 100mm in all directions).
 

1.The warranty period for the entire equipment is 1 year, starting from the date of equipment installation.
2.During the warranty period, if there is a problem with the purchased equipment, Party B shall arrange for a technical engineer to respond within 24 hours after receiving the repair call or arrive at the user's site within 48 hours for handling. The equipment failure caused by non-human abnormal operation shall be repaired free of charge by Party B, and all expenses incurred thereby shall be borne by Party B (including material costs, transportation costs, etc.).
3.Beyond the warranty period, we will provide software upgrade and improvement services as well as technical support in the later stage, and offer the most favorable price.
